Pacific Business Exchange was founded by a former Wall Street banker who saw a gap between impersonal listing services and the hands‑on dealmaking business owners deserved. With decades of experience negotiating complex transactions, managing portfolios and advising entrepreneurs, our founder launched Pacific Business Exchange to bring institutional‑grade expertise and services to privately held companies.

Today, our clients include both main street sized firms along with those with revenues between $1M and $20M. Optimizing the value of a business requires meticulous preparation, expert targeted marketing and skilled negotiations. Our valuation approach includes a detailed analysis of your company's financial performance, importantly including all the financial benefits an owner receives.
